We chose the Delft Maha Vidyalayam that has about 370 students ranging from grades 1 through 13. The funds were allocated to the Royal College Scout Group Treasurer who acted as the local custodian of our donation and issued checks as needed to the suppliers of the project.

The list of library books needed for this school was received by the Delft school Principal, in consultation with the staff. Due to the bulk purchasing of books, we received a donation from a bookshop and the savings were used to buy medical supplies for the school’s First-Aid box. The book handing over ceremony was held on September 12th 2012 and the students and staff of Delft Maha Vidyalayam were very thankful and over joyed by the contribution.
