RCOBECA Funded Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant in Sri Lanka was declared open today (June 15th, 2016) by the Commander of the Navy Ravi Wijeguneratne, who himself is a distinguished Royalist of the RC80 Group, and a President’s Scout of the Royal College Scout Troop.
